Birth Announcement

Hello everyone and thanks for stopping by to see our new litter.
Mom....Aussie is a Black-tri mini (15 1/2") and
Dad....Tigger is a Blue Merle mini (16").
Here's mom..... she's really tired and first pup hasn't been born yet!
Aussie had me up at 4:10a. today!
It was a day of up & down and up & down!
By afternoon, I figured she wasn't in labor as she went and laid down & slept! lol
Evening started with the ups & downs again and finally we decided it was time to do
some pushing! Water broke at 8:15p and out popped the first puppy!
WOWSERS!!!!
We have 11(ELEVEN) healthly puppies!

4/12/03 - Today was a big day for us!
Picture day again! We're 4 days old today!
We had our tails & duclaws done.... eeeouch!!
Grammy Jodi also went out and got us some regular baby bottles/nipples!
We like those much better and ate very well.
Momma just doesn't have enough milk for all 11 of us!
We're 1 week old today!
My... how we've grown!!!!
We're 2 1/2 weeks old!
We're sitting, walking, and even starting to make puppy noises!
We're growling too! :-)

We're 3 weeks old already!
Grammy Jodi has started us on some Eukanuba Weaning Mash
with some of our puppy supplement milk!
Some of us are getting the hang of it, while others are happy just lickin
the mess off of each other! hehehehe!!!
We got our first dose of Panacur today too.....
now that is some eeeucky stuff!
In just 3 days...... we're eating much better on our own!
Leif finally got to come visit with Riley.... 5/14/03
and he had fun with the others too!

Today is May 17, 2003 and it's Aussie's birthday!!!!
Puppies had a big day today!
They had their first outting outside and did very well!
We have some pooped out puppies after their first romp outside!

We're wearing our new collars and doing very well with them!
We got our first puppy shot... we didn't like that at all!
We're also doing very well going in & out the big door outside!
We have alot of fun racing in & out and all around!
Grammy Jodi has us paper trained already... only took her a day!
We're fast learners! ;-)

Mickey, Taylor, & Trooper were the 3 that were bottle fed....
you'd never know it now! ;-)

Puppy's Prayer
Now I lay me down to sleep,
The king-size bed is soft and deep..
I sleep right in the center groove
My human being can hardly move!
I've trapped her legs, she's tucked in tight
And here is where I pass the night
No one disturbs me or dares intrude
Till morning comes and "I want food!"
I sneak up slowly to begin
My nibbles on my human's chin.
She wakes up quickly,
I have sharp teeth-
I'm a puppy, don't you see?
For the morning's here
And it's time to play
I always seem to get my way.
So thank you Lord for giving me
This human person that I see.
The one who hugs and holds me tight
And shares her bed with me at night!
